DONATE THRU THE FOOD BANK OF THE HUDSON VALLEY

The Food Bank developed Adopt-A-Program to enable donations to be applioed to a specific agency. Adopt-a-Program donors may select one or more specific agencies to support, or allow the Food Bank to select agencies most in need.  Each donation creates a credit for recipient agencies at the Food Bank. Then each agency can obtain food from the Food Bank against this credit.  Statements are sent to the recipient agencies each month.

The biggest benefit of the Adopt-a-Program campaign is that it stretches the food buying power of the agencies because the food available from the Food Bank costs less than buying from a retail store.  Quite simply, agencies get a bigger bang for their buck at the Food Bank.

Remeber, for EVERY $1.00 DONATED, the Food Bank CAN PROVIDE 4 MEALS for someone in need!!

To support Adopt-a-Program send a check made payable to the Food Bank of the Hudson Valley, and indicate if your gift is for a specific agency or the Adopt-a-Program pool  or CLICK HERE TO MAKE YOUR ADOPT-A-PROGRAM DONATION TODAY!!
